Talk by London universities

  Dear Year 6 students,

Representatives from several London universities (Imperial College, University College London, London School of Economics and King's College) will be coming to our school (all the way from the UK!) to give a talk about studying in the UK and London.
The talk will include:

- Why consider studying in the UK and London
- Information about the London universities
- UCAS application (used to apply for all UK universities), focusing on personal statements (i.e. what the universities are looking for in an applicant).

There will also be time allocated for Q&A.

Details are as follows:

Date: 2 Mar (Tue)
Time: 1545 to 1645
Venue: tbc (depending on how many of you sign up)

If you have H1 lesson at 1615, do come at 1545 for the talk. If you have any questions, you can write them down and the teachers will ask the representatives on your behalf.
It is never too late to start thinking about where and what to study at university. Do make use of this rare opportunity to find out more about studying in London.

  Dear students and teachers,

A team of year 6 students have represented Dunman High School in a National Animation Competition centred around the theme of National Education.
This year in N.E.mation! 4, students will be asked to use their creativity to produce storylines centred around the theme of "Why I Care About Singapore".

Our school has been shortlisted in the finals of the N.E.mation!

As 50% of the weightage of the judging will come from audience votes, pleas help our school by visiting

第二届DAPCU开始接受申请

第二届DAPCU开始接受申请

 去年，德明政府中学保送中国大学计划（DAPCU- Direct Admission Programme to China University）在和复旦大学签署备忘录后接受第一届DAPCU申请。

 经过一轮竞争激烈的面试后，我校成功保送了7名同学在今年九月份前往复旦大学继续本科生学习。

 送走了第一届学生，第二届DAPCU现在正式开始接受申请。现阶段申请程序如下：

1. 有兴趣申请的同学可以到学校办公室领取申请表格和一份DAPCU的说明书。截止日期为2009年8月28日。

2. 校内预考（Prelims）接受，申请者必须呈交校内考试成绩。
